- Content Marketing
- Ensure campaigns are cohesive, innovative, and optimised for performance.
3. Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Use advanced analytics tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and SEMrush to monitor campaign performance.
- Analyse data to identify trends, optimise campaigns, and ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
- Provide regular, detailed reports to clients and stakeholders highlighting results, insights, and future recommendations.
4. Leading and Mentoring a Team
- Guide and inspire a team of specialists, including SEO experts, content creators, social media managers, and paid advertising professionals.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and creativity.
- Conduct performance reviews, offer mentorship, and support professional development within the team.
5. Budget and Resource Management
- Allocate marketing budgets effectively to maximise return on investment (ROI).
- Monitor and manage spend across campaigns to ensure they remain on track and deliver results.

6. Building Client Relationships
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
