Perth Digital Edge (“PDE”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website at perthdigitaledge.com.au. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), and the Australian Consumer Law.

We do not send marketing or promotional emails. Any emails we send are in direct response to your enquiry or as part of providing services you have requested. If this changes in the future, we will only send commercial electronic messages in accordance with the Spam Act 2003, meaning with your consent, identifying us as the sender, and including a functional unsubscribe option.
10. How we hold and protect your information
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure, including access controls, secure systems, and limiting access to those who need it.
