Key Responsibilities
1. Capturing High-Quality Imagery
- Produce professional photographs for various applications, including:

2. Concept Development and Creative Planning
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project goals and creative direction.
- Develop photography concepts and storyboards to align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Scout and prepare locations, props, and backdrops to bring creative visions to life.
3. Studio and On-Location Shooting
- Set up and operate professional photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and backdrops.
- Conduct photo shoots in studio environments or on location, ensuring adaptability to various settings and conditions.
- Direct models, clients, or team members to achieve desired poses and expressions.
4. Post-Production and Editing
- Edit and retouch photographs using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or Capture One.
- Perform tasks such as colour correction, cropping, and advanced photo enhancements to deliver polished results.
- Organise and archive images systematically for easy retrieval and future use.
5. Collaboration and Coordination
- Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure imagery complements broader campaigns.
- Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions to develop cohesive visual strategies.

6. Equipment Management and Maintenance
- Ensure all photography equipment is maintained, calibrated, and in excellent working condition.

7. Staying Ahead of Trends

Skills and Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ Years of Professional Experience: Proven experience as a photographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of styles and expertise.
- Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of professional photography equipment and editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Capture One).
- Creative Vision: Ability to conceptualise and execute visually impactful ideas.
