The AdWords Specialist is a data-driven professional responsible for creating, managing, and optimising pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on Google Ads to drive targeted traffic and maximise ROI. Working closely with the digital marketing team, the AdWords Specialist develops and implements highly effective paid search strategies, ensuring campaigns align with client goals and deliver measurable business outcomes.

With a deep understanding of Google Ads, analytics tools, and PPC trends, the AdWords Specialist continuously monitors and refines campaigns, conducting A/B testing, keyword research, and audience targeting to optimise performance. Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Creation and Management

  • Develop, launch, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads platforms, including search, display, shopping, and video ads.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for effective targeting.
  • Write compelling, conversion-focused ad copy tailored to specific audiences.
  • Optimise campaigns for maximum performance, focusing on metrics like CTR, CPC, and ROI.

2. Performance Monitoring and Optimisation

  • Continuously monitor and evaluate campaign performance using tools such as Google Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, headlines, and calls-to-action to identify high-performing variations.
  • Adjust bids, targeting, and ad placements to optimise cost-efficiency and achieve campaign objectives.

3. Audience Targeting and Retargeting

  • Use advanced audience segmentation to reach specific demographics and behaviours.
  • Create and manage retargeting campaigns to re-engage users who interacted with previous ads.
  • Leverage data insights to refine audience targeting strategies for better conversion rates.

4. Budget Management

  • Allocate and manage campaign budgets to maximise ROI and minimise wasted spend.
  • Track and report on campaign spend and performance to ensure budgets are adhered to.

5. Data Analysis and Reporting
